At Arizona Arts Academy, we are committed to meeting each child where they are in their educational journey. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment that fosters a love of lifelong learning, helping students discover and cultivate their innate curiosity. In doing so, they are empowered to become trailblazers, inspiring others to find the same passion for learning within themselves.
We achieve this through a blended classical and Montessori approach, which places the child at the center of their educational experience. In this mastery-based model, teachers act as guides, tutors, and facilitators rather than lecturers. Most learning occurs independently or in one-on-one and small group sessions, with an emphasis on hands-on exploration. While core subjects are the foundation of daily lessons, we also integrate enriching arts electives throughout the day. This unique environment allows students to explore and develop both their academic and artistic talents.

The annual tuition for each student is $10,000 and is paid quarterly. Many families take advantage of Arizona's Education Savings Account (ESA) program, which typically covers around $7,000 of this amount. However, the exact amount of ESA funding your child qualifies for may vary, and we cannot guarantee the specific amount.
Please note that arts fees are not included in the tuition and are billed separately. We also offer tuition credits to help cover the remaining balance of tuition after ESA funding.
If you have any questions or need more information about tuition credits or ESA qualifications, feel free to reach out!
Arizona's Universal Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) is a state-funded program that provides financial assistance to parents who choose to send their children to a school outside of the public school system. The program gives families the ability to use public education funds to cover various education-related expenses, including tuition at private schools, educational therapy, tutoring, and more.
For eligible students, the ESA provides a portion of state funding to help offset the cost of tuition at a school of their choice. Each child's eligibility and funding amount may vary based on individual circumstances, but many families benefit from the program as a way to make private education more accessible.
With the Universal ESA program, parents have more control over their child’s education, allowing them to select the best fit for their child's needs, whether that be a private school, online learning, or specialized educational services.
We are pleased to offer tuition credits to every student at our school. Parents, students, and others can earn credits toward the remaining tuition balance by volunteering their time and talents. The number of hours required will vary, but parents can typically earn tuition credits in exchange for a set amount of volunteer hours per week.
Some ways to earn tuition credits include, but are not limited to:
Please note that many volunteer opportunities, especially those involving direct interaction with students, will require an IVP fingerprint card. It is the parent’s responsibility to acquire this card before volunteering in these roles.
If you're interested in volunteering or would like more information on the available opportunities, please reach out to our administration.
