At Arizona Arts Academy, we are committed to meeting each child where they are in their educational journey. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment that fosters a love of lifelong learning, helping students discover and cultivate their innate curiosity. In doing so, they are empowered to become trailblazers, inspiring others to find the same passion for learning within themselves.
We achieve this through a blended classical and Montessori approach, which places the child at the center of their educational experience. In this mastery-based model, teachers act as guides, tutors, and facilitators rather than lecturers. Most learning occurs independently or in one-on-one and small group sessions, with an emphasis on hands-on exploration. While core subjects are the foundation of daily lessons, we also integrate enriching arts electives throughout the day. This unique environment allows students to explore and develop both their academic and artistic talents.
Come BLAZE a trail with us! Go TRAILBLAZERS!

Annual tuition varies by campus, so we recommend contacting the campus you are interested in for specific details. Many families take advantage of Arizona’s Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program to pay your child's tuition.
If you have any questions or would like more information about tuition credits or ESA eligibility, please feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.
Arizona’s Universal Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) is a state program that helps families pay for education outside the public school system. It allows parents to use state education funds for things like private school tuition, tutoring, educational therapy, and other learning expenses.
For eligible students, ESA funds can help cover part of the cost of tuition at a school of your choice. The amount and eligibility can vary for each child, but many families use the program to make private education more affordable.
The Universal ESA gives parents more flexibility and choice, so they can find the learning option that best fits their child’s needs—whether that’s a private school, online learning, or specialized support.
We’re happy to offer tuition credits to all of our students! Parents and families can earn credits toward their remaining tuition by volunteering their time and skills. The number of hours varies, but in many cases, tuition credits can be earned by helping out for a set number of hours each week.
There are many ways to earn tuition credits, including:
Please note that some volunteer roles—especially those that involve working directly with students—require an IVP fingerprint card. Parents are responsible for obtaining this card before volunteering in these roles.
If you’d like to volunteer or want to learn more about available opportunities, please contact our administration. We’d love to have you involved!
